1. Overview
Aerlo (operated by AutoCloser.AI) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use aerlo.io and the Aerlo
platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: Name, email address, company name, phone number provided during signup or demo requests.
- Usage data: Feature usage, territory configurations, canvassing activities, and other platform interactions.
- Payment data: Billing information collected and stored by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Property data: Publicly available county property records used to power the Property Intelligence feature. This data relates to properties, not to our users.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Aerlo platform
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional communications (receipts, alerts, product updates)
- Respond to support requests and demo inquiries
- Analyze platform usage to improve features
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Supabase: For database storage and authentication.
- Cloudflare: For site hosting and CDN delivery.
- GoHighLevel (AutoCloser.AI CRM): Demo request form submissions are stored in our internal CRM for follow-up.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data
at any time by emailing privacy@aerlo.io.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not
use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics may be added in future — this policy will
be updated before that occurs.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your
personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at
privacy@aerlo.io.
8. YouTube API Services
Aerlo uses YouTube API Services to
upload video advertisements to a YouTube channel you choose to connect. This section is
required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and applies only if you connect a
channel — the rest of Aerlo works without it.
- You are bound by YouTube's terms.
By connecting a channel you agree to the
YouTube Terms of Service.
- Google's handling of your data is
described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
- What we can access: we request a
single permission —
youtube.upload. It lets us upload videos to your
channel. It does not let us read your analytics, comments, subscribers,
watch history, or any video we did not upload.
- What we store: an encrypted
authorization token, your channel ID, and the IDs of videos we uploaded for you. We
store no other YouTube data.
- What we never do: we do not sell
or share YouTube data, do not use it to build advertising profiles, and do not use it
to train machine-learning models.
- Revoking access: you can remove
Aerlo's access at any time via
Google security settings.
Revoking stops all future uploads. Videos already uploaded remain on your channel and
stay entirely under your control — you can delete them from YouTube Studio at any time.
