By accessing or using Aerlo (aerlo.io and associated subdomains and applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing Aerlo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Aerlo is a software-as-a-service platform providing storm detection, property intelligence, canvassing management, direct mail, skip tracing, and related tools for roofing and home services companies. The service is operated by AutoCloser.AI.
Aerlo offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and include a discount equivalent to two months of service. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Billing is managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credits for skip tracing and direct mail are purchased separately and are non-refundable once used.
You agree to use Aerlo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state telemarketing regulations. You may not use Aerlo to harass individuals, send unsolicited communications in violation of law, or engage in any deceptive business practices.
The property and owner data surfaced by Aerlo is derived from publicly available county records. You are responsible for how you use this data in your marketing and sales activities. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process information about your use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerlo and AutoCloser.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Aerlo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
